For each day in the 6-week period, enter the OR count and toggle which doctors are working. Doctor acuity and block patterns are already loaded — you're filling in exceptions, not starting from scratch.

Drag in vacations, sick days, and off requests before you ever hit Generate. The engine fills every remaining slot around your entries — FTE caps, charge nurse coverage, and contingent availability all handled automatically.

Primary and backup CN rules are built into the engine. Backup CN is automatically reserved for coverage capacity — she won't be over-scheduled even when demand is high.
